Used Tilta Full Camera Cage for BMCC 6K, Black

Just unveiled is the revamped Full Camera Cage for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K, a must-have accessory for any serious filmmaker or photographer. This full-frame camera cage is specifically designed to provide robust protection for your BMCC 6K camera body, while simultaneously offering a platform for attaching a variety of accessories to enhance your camera's functionality.

The updated design of this camera cage features a precision-aligned top plate that seamlessly integrates with the 1/4"-20 thread on the top of the full-frame camera body. This is a significant upgrade from our previous version, ensuring compatibility with the latest BMCC 6K models.

The new design also incorporates two screws to connect the cage to the bottom of the camera, creating an incredibly secure three-point contact system. This full cage is equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 threads with locating points, cold shoe receivers, an Arri compatible rosette, and a NATO Rail for NATO-based side handles and accessories.

For those seeking versatility, the right side arm module can be detached, transforming this full cage into a half cage. This feature is particularly useful in scenarios where a lighter build is required, such as when using a gimbal.

The bottom plate of this camera cage offers several 1/4"-20 mounting points for attaching your camera to various quick release plates and is compatible with the ARCA Receiver of the DJI RS3 Pro. When using the half cage configuration, the bottom plate can be extended to support the Black Magic Design Battery Grip.

Please note that the Battery Grip 15mm Rod Holder is not included with the Full Camera Cage, and the BMD EVF does not fully clear the top plate of the cage. We recommend exercising caution to avoid damage to the EVF.

This camera cage's three-point locking mechanism ensures a secure installation, enhancing your shooting experience. It offers flexible adaptation, being compatible with the original battery grip after removing the baseplate. The detachable design allows for various configurations, including full cage, half cage, and L-bracket.
