The Flex 1' x 1' Bi-Color Travel Kit features Flex 1' x 1' Bi-Color LED mats, Scrim Jim Cine 1' x 1' Frames, Flex Portable Batteries and the essential modification accessories necessary for a remarkably portable, high-output lighting setup. By combining lightweight Flex LED mats with ultra-compact batteries and modular framework, Flex Travel Kits are must-have lighting solutions for run-and-gun cinematographers, documentary filmmakers and on-location photographers. Flex 1' x 1' Bi-Color LED mats are flexible, ultra-versatile lighting solutions. These pliable rainproof mats are lightweight, weighing less than 1 pound each. Despite their compact form, Flex mats are extremely durable and emit up to 2000 lux at 1 meter outputs through their high-end light emitting diodes. Adjustable between 2800K and 6000K, Flex Bi-Color mats boast an impressive 95 to 98 CRI, rendering true-to-life colors and skin tones for minimized post-production editing. Each Flex is lined with durable touch fastener on both the front and rear of the mat for mounting.

These mats can be powered on-location with the included Flex Portable Batteries. These 10.4Ah lithium-ion batteries weigh a mere 2.4 pounds each and can run a Flex mats at full power for nearly 3 hours. These portable power sources feature industry-standard D-Tap outlets, power indicators and built-in stand mounts. A USB port is also built into these batteries for charging smartphones and tablets on-set. Flex LED mats also partner perfectly with the included Scrim Jim Cine 1' x 1' Frames. These modular frames are constructed with anodized aluminum, ensuring durability. Heavy-duty touch fastener is riveted to two sides of each tube, allowing for effortless mounting of Flex mats and Flex Portable Softboxes. Two Flex Portable Softboxes and Full-Stop Diffusion panels are included in this kit, allowing for quick light softening and directing. These softboxes collapse flat for travel and are constructed with coat nylon and durable touch fastener.

Each Scrim Jim Cine frame tube is designed with a built-in 3/8-16 thread. This allows for quick attachment to the included universal studs and placement in the included Dual-Joint Tilter Brackets. These brackets can be placed on any standard light stand or C-stand, allowing for precise light placement. The included 16' waterproof extension cables add even more convenience, giving filmmakers and photographers the ability to place their light sources in hard to reach locations while still maintaining access to the Flex's sleek digital dimmers and batteries. A heavy-duty, hard travel case is included with this kit for worry-free travel and storage. This 20" case features durable, smooth-rolling wheels, custom-designed slots and a water-tight seal.

Flex mats boast remarkably high color purity as well, producing an outstanding quality of light. With Color Rendering Index (CRI) ratings of 95 and 98, these lights portray accurate shades and skin tones for faster post-production editing.

Complete Light Control
The flat Flex's 140 deg. light output provides a wide angle of light spread. Easily roll the Flex mat and insert into a space light or lantern for 360 deg. of light spread. For a more narrow or dramatic beam of light, simply fold the Flex to the desired opening. The Flex includes a convenient dimmer to adjust light output from 0% to 100%. An optional 16' waterproof extension cable offers versatility when you need extra length.
