I've never been able to get this to work. The remote or the app or the Wiral light to stop blinking orange. The app says that the main unit is connected to the app, but that the freshly charged battery is too low for operation. I bought a second battery to see if the battery was the problem. It's not.

The Wiral system is great, the only drawback I experienced is the wobble, which is to be expected when your gear is hanging on a rope. I'm looking into buying a mount gimbal to use with my gopro, but the hypersmooth capabilities with the gopro 8 make it a lot smoother as it is. The remote connects almost immediately, and the end stops are a good feature. It's pretty light to carry with me hiking and biking, and soon I plan on putting it through all the paces with some great mountain biking shots. The cable is yellow, which in public spaces helps people see it and not run into it, but I plan on buying the longer grey cable to help hide it when its in the frame. My reasoning behind 4/5 stars is just the fact that the case is sold separately (although I did get mine with the Wiral during an Adorama deal!), and for the system to really work well, it needs a stabilizer. Otherwise, it's a great tool that will get you where drones cannot, and definitely look unique.

This product is great, easy to set up, the line that it comes with is very long, can really enhance your creativity. Was able to mount a Feiyuh Tech Gimbal a2000 model, Sony a6300 w/28mm lens. I feel like this product can easily handle more.
