this product is the best piece of lighting value for money, thatI’ve bought recently. that ability to change temperature and the battery life makes this one of the best items in bag. I now own three pieces and would totally recommend this to any serious creative in the market for a piece of light.

This light is super powerful and small enough where I can fit it in my hand while also photographing. I love how versatile it is and how easy it is to carry around to any location. One thing to note that I did not realize when I bought it is that the batteries do not come with it but I was able to get a double pack. Overall I am very please I purchased this light and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient portable light.

This is not quite the "Ice Light Clone" that some people think it is, but then again it's not 500 bucks either. This light is REALLY great for the money. It's bright, versatile, bi-color and RGB multicolor, and really does the job. Just a couple of notes that aren't really complaints, just noteworthy: it's a little harsh... not photographically, but for talent, it's a little jarring on talent's eyes because the individual LEDs are SO bright, they complain of "seeing spots" after even a short time with it. To combat this I created a slip-on frosted diffuser that works very well, and makes it easier on the talent (and improves the look a bit, too). Secondly, because the on/off knob is on the back, if you are using a bigger battery and you lay the unit down on its back, the weight of the battery will cause the on/off button to press and automatically turn the light on. That's not a big deal but I've had several instances where a crew member was planning to just lay the light down and were suddenly blasted with full light right in the face. For the money, though, it's a fantastic instrument.
