Used Zacuto Helmet and Coldshoe Handle Kit for Canon EOS C300/C500 Camera, Includes C300/500 Helmet, 3" Z-Rail, QR Coldshoe Handle

The Zacuto C300/500 Helmet and Coldshoe Handle Kit provides additional threaded accessory holes and a wooden top handle for your Canon EOS C300 or C500 camera. The kit includes the C300/500 Helmet, a 3" Z-Rail and the QR Coldshoe Handle.

The C300/500 Helmet is a mini cage which mounts directly to the top of your C300 or C500 in place of the Canon top handle. The Helmet securely attaches to the camera via one screw on the top and two additional screws on the sides. Attachment screws are included. The two original plane screws must be removed from the camera in order for the Helmet to be attached, but they can be screwed into the Helmet itself, maintaining their original position. Once attached, the Helmet provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screw holes for attaching a variety of camera accessories, such as the included 3" Z-Rail.

The QR Coldshoe Handle is a quick-release top handle which mounts to the 3" Z-Rail and provides two cold shoe accessory mounts. Both cold shoes (one vertical and one horizontal) use a single quick release clamp for securing two accessories at once with a simple half turn of a lever. For added style and comfort, the handle grip itself is hand-tooled from maple. The QR Coldshoe Handle is compatible with any Z-Rail, as well as NATO, RED SWAT, Picatinny and Wooden Camera rails.
