Works well, the focus tracking wheel on the side can be very annoying to left-handed wielders. Battery life is good and is very customizable. Can be a bit bulky/heavy at times. Besides the ergonomic issues, I enjoy it.

It's basically perfect, it fixes the solution of an offset plate by having one built in! My only issue is that it feels a bit plasticy as compared to the crane 2, but honestly the ergonomics is game changing! And you can't undervalue the axis locks, it literally cuts set up time in half.

Great gimbal, easy to setup and a breeze to balance. The ability to lock the axis is huge in stabilizing. Once folded up it’s pretty compact and easy to transport. Highly recommend this gimbal.

The Gimabl is more beautiful in person and it is the easiest gimabl to balance. I previously had the moza air 2 and across 1.

Although it tends to be heavy with a full sized DSLR, it's a great gimbal.

The Zhiyun Crane 2 is the perfect crane for the professional shooting I do for Events, music videos, conferences, creative projects and even weddings at times. I use the sonya7iii with gmaster lenses. It is one of the more stable cranes without looking way too obnoxious like some of the others and can blend in more. It looks very slick and streamline. There is a free app for your phone that can you can set the controls of it, though If you don’t have WiFi in an area that is the only downfall I wish they could solve. Rented a lot of gear and reviewed. My favorite so far, I bought this and love it! Comes in a great case of easy transport:)

I love this product and use it all the time. I am a wedding filmmaker and I needed something reliable and I am very happy that I chose this over the DJI robin-s because it have better battery life and removable batteries so I can just use the additional batteries I own when I run out but the battery life is great I can easily shoot a whole wedding without worrying about it dying. I even plug in my Sony a7III into it so it’s charging while I’m shooting and then I have nothing to worry about. Totally recommend it!-only drawbacks I have is that it kind of blocks the screen if it was like the DJI then It would’ve been the best thing ever. Hands down!

This is for strong arm men with beefy arms to hold this past 5 minutes.

I love it! It’s my first time working with a Gimbal- I haven’t looked in or Red up on all the functions yet but I have already used it for a lot of projects. It’s really great! I use it with the GH5, and the only thing is, that the cable that comes with it for the Panasonic isn’t a great fit... so that makes for some annoying hiccups sometimes, but apart from that it’s AWESOME

I love my new crane 2, weight is not that bad! I was able to hold it for more than 40 minutes straight and I am a woman. I got the most incredible footage on my first try and I hope, heck, I know it will get better with practice. If you are a woman and think this crane is going to be too heavy, well, let me tell you that you are wrong, babies are heavier! Lol. Don’t thing about it and get it. You won’t regret it.

I recently purchased the Zhiyun to be disappointed that its not compatible with my Nikon 810 pre sale I was told that it was compatible with the Nikon but when I received it it was not the case. I contacted Zhiyun support to find out that it only supports the 850. Im very disappointed and thought that this would be a great tool to add to my bag. Nonetheless the Crane appeared to be a well made rig thus me giving it a 3 star rating

Had the crane v2 for over a year. This is the perfect upgrade. It is larger but it also allows for more weight capacity so it’s a win win for me.

This gimbal is all that and a bag of chips. It has excellent built quality, came with its own case for travel, and has camera and app support built in! The one handed grip is comfortable and I love that it has a built in tripod for when you wish to set it down or when balancing. At some point I will look into a dual are grip and monitor but so far I have been incredibly happy just using it in place of my Glidecam HD4000. It’s quiet on start up and shut down. No loud annoying beeps so you can be discrete while shooting weddings. It travels well doesn’t take up too much room. It handles my 5D4 and 35mm prime like a dream!

I have tried the shoulder mount style stabilizer, the glidecam style, and Merlins... and this beats them all. Amazing butter smooth footage, a little heavy with a Canon 5D mk iii + Sigma Art 35mm- but totally manageable. This stabilizer is the perfect size to travel with too! I love the hard case they send with it as well. Great stabilizer, I highly recommend.

I am very excited to use the Crane. The only thing is I need to get the follow focus adapter for my Sony. I will be ready for shooting then.

This thing is awesome! I’m getting shots I never thought I would get. There are definitely some moves that it can’t handle but those are few and far between

Super smooth and simple to operate. Well worth the money, great service. We needed this sent right away for a shoot we're going on and it came right in time.

I've been shooting weddings for a long while now, and have been very diligent in using my glidecam to get all my gimbal/stabilized shots. I like how smooth and compact the glidecam can be, but I wanted to get more dynamic shots with my glides. The Zhiyun Crane 2 - has helped me accomplished getting more dynamic and allows me to be more creative. The feature to use manfrotto video plates pretty much sold me. I've tried using the Zhiyun Crane V2, but found the quick release plate to be cumbersome and finicky. The new Crane gets rid of that headache and allows me to transition between gimbal, tripod, and monopod. I love it! The batter lasted all day for me on an 8 hour wedding day - turned it off a handful of times. I don't use the cable (Panasonic isn't supported yet). Some complained on how thick the new handle is, I like it! It gives me more to grip on and I like the added weight to it. It's definitely lighter and less cumbersome then my glidecam, and I like the added tripod - placing this on the ground without the fear of it tipping over on it's own is great piece of mind. I hope this can hold up to the run and gun nature of weddings.

I love it!! Lighter than DJI Robin-M that I use. Everything is newly revamped from original Crane V2 that I have as well. Bigger payload; thicker, sturdier construct; LED display that is more interactive; perfect for Canon users. I also love the built in tripod, so balancing is quicker! It’s my new favorite gimbal to use.
