For those using larger cinema camera combinations, the Crane-3S includes an extension module that can be conveniently attached to the roll axis, ensuring optimal balance and control. This feature makes it an ideal choice for demanding shooting tasks that require the use of various cameras and accessories in complex shooting environments.
The Crane-3S is reengineered with powerful SUPER motors, capable of handling a payload of up to 6.5kg. This makes it compatible with ambitious camera setups, including but not limited to Canon EOS 1DX, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras, Canon Cinema EOS, Sony FS and FX series, and Red Digital Cinema Cameras.
Powered by three 18650-format batteries, the Crane-3S offers an impressive runtime of up to 12 hours. It also features a DC-in power port on the battery compartment, allowing for direct charging with up to 25.2-volts.
The Crane-3S is also compatible with the Zhiyun TransMount Image Transmission Module. With this transmitter, you can stream video to up to three monitoring devices, including smartphones. This feature is complemented by the ViaTouch 2.0 system in the ZY Play app, which bridges the communication gap between the stabilizer, camera, and monitoring devices. This system allows you to remotely and intuitively adjust camera and gimbal parameters, and also enables a visualized remote motion control for the gimbal.
