The device itself is amazing. It was easier to set up than I thought. The balancing setup took about half hour but I felt like an expert once I got the hang of it. The only gripe with this device is that I couldn’t link up my phone to the device. I tried several times but no luck.

Amazing difference this makes over handholding video. Controls are minimal and there is a learning curve to using it. I wish there was a quick release plate to quickly switch from video to handheld still photography but it seems you have to unscrew and rebalance each time.

Love it. Works as advertised. Was able to handle a 5 lb three camera setup that was top heavy with the help of counterweights.

I’m very happy with this. The footage you can get is incredibly smooth. My only complaint is you can’t see what mode tou’re In. You have to move it to find out. That’ Why I give it 4 stars. This is still great and can hold 5.5 pounds.

I have been able to use this a handful of times now and can say it does a pretty good job for what I need it to. I am using bigger canon lenses and it does an alright job. You can tell it is starting to push the weight and I get it. When I use my wide angle it does a fine job. I do not use the connecting plug to my GH5 because it seemed to limit the rotation of the camera and really just became a pain. So works great with my wide angle but can't handle much more than that. Decently stable. Again, gets the jobs done and clients are happy.

No problems, everything is working great but mainly doing this review for the chance to win the prize to write a review. So far i'm liking Adorama.

Perfect for the run and gun. Comes with the tripod at the bottom which is super helpful. The only issue I have is that the sony connecting cable covers the hdmi out for the sony a6500. Other than that it works beautifully!

Just ordered another one. Can’t wait to use heavier lenses with the Crane 2. Had the original Crane 1 and the gimbal was really good for my Sony A7S2 and various lenses. Makes moving shots look very good. Would definitely recommend. Made last minute unplanned promotional video for my wife S.Marlo - Ain’t Got Forever. Went around neighborhood and shot in any location we could for 1 1/2 hrs max. My wife edited the same day and released the video soon after.. < 8hr total project. The moving shots turned out pretty good. Check out the video of the completed video. Thanks Adorama.

This crane plus is much better than the crane v2 which I own briefly. It seems that Zhiyun's app does not support v2 as well as the plus. If there is any doubt, get the crane plus. I use it with Sony a6500 with various different lens and so far so good and easy to balance between lens. It would be nice if the gimbal itself can be smaller.
