I bought the CB01 two years ago, and when it arrived, none of the zippers worked. I could get the exterior ones to stay closed but the ones inside on the lid would stay open. This is extremely poor manufacturing for a supposed professional product. Anyway, I contacted Cinebags right away and they said that they would send me a new one if I shipped back the old one - a two week process. Well, set-life is very unforgiving and I regrettably put all my stuff in it and started using it for jobs the next day. After two years of arguing and agreeing to allow them to charge my credit card for a full bag, they finally sent me a new CB01A so I could transfer my stuff, then send the defective bag back. The new bag seemed to be just as poorly made, but the zippers worked. I was pleased until I went to send the broken one back to Cinebag and I realized they didn't give a return shipping label. Contacted Cinebag and they said to take care of it myself. Cinebag might be the popular kid on the block, but the product is lacking in quality and has no customer service behind it. If you're looking for a bag that will take the abuse of your crazy adventures, you're looking in the wrong place.

HI there, I like the case itself... lots of configurable compartments, seems strong. No problem there. But the strap is SO badly designed and made. After a couple years of use I took it to a repair place and the guy said it wasn't worth repairing... the only two strong parts of the strap (the orange parts) are at each end, and this strong material doesn't run from one end to the other. The joints are weak, and started to tear (see attached photo). So did the material that's supposed to contain the cushioning material where the strap meets your shoulder. It also tore, and the stuff that's supposed to give the strap some grip just flaked off. And here's the thing. I only use this case once every few weeks. It's not as if I'm that hard on it. So if you get the case, be prepared to buy another strap if you intend to carry this case around much.

I use this as storage for cables and what not. I love all the separate pouches and velcro. Very sturdy. Stuff feels safe and secure
