Although I am also a photographer, I bought this case to protect an LS9-16 audio mixer. I bought it here because I've had great experience with adorama before and they had the best price. I run an audio rental company and with the addition of our new LS9 consoles I needed a good case to protect our investment when they get thrown around on rentals. The case looked huge when it first arrived, but once I put the mixer in I was glad it was big enough to have plenty of foam around the edges of the mixer. The foam was easy to configure and now it fits the mixer like a glove. I just took my time and measured carefully. I even carved out a section under the mixer for manuals, cables, and a wireless router. This thing is pretty bulky though. Its no big deal if you can roll it everywhere but if you have to lift it by yourself often it can get tiring. This wasn't really designed to be carried by one person, especially someone with shorter arms. I considered a different brand case that was a little less bulky but ended up going with a genuine Pelican for their reputation and awesome warranty. Adorama was great to deal with as always and I will be buying from them again.
