This is definitely a very good stabilizer, portable, takes a bit of time to setup and time to practice, but once you got it balanced, it works well.

I shoot weddings at the beach, so it is not an option wear the vest for stabilization, and this Glidecam, has an incredible stabilization even without vest.

I'm a military videographer, and I bought this for my work in Afghanistan. Thus far, this has taken my projects above and beyond my previous work. I'm not experiencing any of the wrist troubles I've read others complain about. I'm shooting with a Canon 7D, Tamron 28-75, Zoom H4N, and a wireless mic reciever, and I'm able to shoot all day. I'm able to get steady shots inside helicopters, which is otherwise impossible. Very happy with my purchase.

I use it about one year. Very good thing for wrddings. But you must have strong hands to work with it! :)
