Does the job

It doesn't take long to get it to balance... Once you figure it out, it gets easier overtime. I would suggest getting a quick release plate to save even more time. The body pod is "meh" nice to hold it in place, but I haven't found a use to shoot with it. If you're shooting all day it would be nice to have, because the glide cam WILL get heavy.
