Kramer Electronics TR-2YC S-Video Dual Isolation Transformer, Black

The TR-2YC S-Video Dual Isolation Transformer from Kramer Electronics is an isolation transformer designed for use with S-video (Y/C) signals. This unit provides complete isolation between devices, thus eliminating hum, ground loops and DC offsets that can degrade video quality. It is well suited for use in broadcast and production facilities, staging & field work, duplication studios and other similar settings and uses. The transformer features an external ground terminal and grounding options that can be selected with a dip switch.

The unit receives power passively and no power supply is required. It belongs to the Kramer Electronics TOOLs family of products and up to (3) units can be mounted side by side in a standard 19" equipment rack by using the optional RK-3T rack kit.
