The VGO wheelchair system brings creative accessibility to people with disabilities for shooting broadcast, wedding, and training videos as well as other multimedia productions. The broadcast video wheelchair system comes equipped with a steel swing out arm and a camera tripod head mounted on it for safe and steady camera movement. Thearm can easily swing out of the way when the user needs to enter or exit their wheelchair. The entire system can be removed simply from the wheelchair by releasing the two locking knobs.
VGO is available with two choices of tripod heads: Either a normal Hand Operated Version or an Electronic Head that adds automatic controls of camera start, stop, record, lens focus and zoom as well as full pan and tilt capability. All of these features are controlled from a cabled handheld remote.
The system bolts on to any 3/4" wheelchair tubing, safely and securely. The swing arm is locked in position when shooting or can dis-engage and quickly swing out of the way if needed. There is an optional 5.6 color LCD monitor system and clamp available so users can view exactly what the camera is recording without having to be near the camera.

Universal Wheelchair Clamp and Platform:
The system includes a heavy duty stabilized, safety designed wheelchair clamp which locks on the lower side railing of any standard wheelchair. Once in place, the L-Tube support is used to position the camera and associated technology to the visual and physical disposition of the user.
The L-Tube is designed to gravity lock and can be quickly re-directed out of the way in the event of an emergency where the user has to vacate the chair. The L-Tube is equipped with space for either or both of the available base unitsprovided for this application.
The CAMERA BASE can be mounted in place and provides a tripod styled stable universal mountfor standard lightweight camcorder units. For those with upper ambulatory disability a PAN-TILT hand-held or bar mounted control device is provided.
This product provides both PAN-TILT and LAN-C camera function control of most lightweight compatibly equipped camera systems.
