Vortex Media Tiger Claw Tripod Anti-Twist Quick-Release Plate Adapter

Many of today's lightweight professional cameras are equipped with a post and screw mounting system. Unfortunately, most professional tripods are missing the post element. Without the second point of contact, the camera body can and will shift and rotate on the tripod wedge plate causing much aggravation to the camera operator.

The Tiger Claw is an adapter that adds the missing post to your existing wedge plate. It locks the camera body to the tripod wedge plate securely and properly - thus eliminating the annoying slipping and sliding that occurs with a single screw.

The Tiger Claw kit comes with two standard 1/4" 20 machine flat head screws. One standard slot flat head screw and one hex keyed flat head screw. The countersunk screws work with the Tiger Claw to create a tight and secure mount.
