Arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and I've been drawing with it for weeks without problem. By far one of the best tablets on the market. This one does not have touch screen abilities.

The Cintiq Pro 24" is perfect: beautifully packaged, easy to install, superb resolution and functionality. It is sleek and it offers, as much as possible, the feel of traditional media (physical paint and canvas). The built in legs work very well on my desk, and allow me to get comfortably close to my work. The remote requires a bit of a learning curve, but is also a very nice feature. It is a very different experience from my Intuous Pro (which I also love): I can now paint right on the screen. Did I say, "I love it?"

It truly saddens me that I have to write this review. given that this item has had nothing but all positive five star reviews I feel it is my duty as a public service to show not everything is all roses. I was truly excited to finally receive this item. I'm upgrading from the Wacom Cintiq 27QHD. Sure you get a smaller size but with the 4K display and the Pro Pen 2 seem to make this a worthy upgrade. However as with any new purchase, it's always best to test things before you set everything up. However this is where this purchase takes a sad turn. Unfortunately my unit has a very obvious, noticeable bad pixel right in the center of the screen. This is a huge problem. This is not a TV where you are viewing at a distance. People who use these devices are up close with their primary focus being at the center of the screen. Now if this was at the far corner somewhere it would have been unfortunate but maybe you could let that go?? But given the fact that it's right at the main center of the screen... (sigh) That's just a no-go for me and a complete deal breaker. Now aside from that (just nitpicking here) a few other things I noticed as I was testing the display itself. I was connected it to my MacBook Pro via the DisplayPort. I did various tests determining, latency, black uniformity and if there are any hot pixels, stuck pixels or dead pixels (which was unfortunately was the case here as mentioned above). The black uniformity is a hit or miss. there were obvious areas where it's darker and obvious areas where it's brighter. There are some downsides with the glass being so close to display. Although it alleviates most of the parallax problem, but when uses the pen you can see ripples in the display when applying pressure to the screen. Dialing down the pressure curve can help alleviate that. So it shouldn't be too much of an issue, but something to note nonetheless. These issues maybe a bit nitpicky But just a few things to highlight that some users might be concerned about. This is my first purchase though Adorama, so not sure how well their return process is but hopefully this can be resolved painlessly.

I love my Cintiq Pro 24. My husband bought it for me for Christmas. It is a marvelous upgrade from my Bamboo. The sensitivity of the stylus is great, and I absolutely love the express key remote. It’s a great tablet!

Arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Scary taking off the back panel for the ports. Terrified it would break but it was sturdier than I thought. You do have to pull pretty good. Overall it works great and is very smooth.

This is my first Cintiq, after using drawing tablets for decades, and I am loving this thing. I keep it tucked under my main 24" display, so it acts as a third monitor half the time, and a drawing screen when needed. The pen latency is very small compared to previous models. I can't say enough good things about it. Now it is massive and heavy and there are no stands out for it yet, so understand that it can't easily be tucked away when not in use. It's a monster, but it's a wonderful and well-designed tool.
