I have two of these. One of them has been used as a top handle on a fully built out canon c300m2 for years with no issues whatsoever. The other one is set up as a side handle on a Canon c70 with the Zacuto cage and Z Finder. This handle is impressively well thought out. Excellent build quality, and being able to rotate it for different configurations gives you lots of options for rigging. I really can?t think what I could suggest to make it any better.

So I have had this grip for a couple months now and I have to say... I love it. I have never seen a grip this well thought out! It has everything you might need but isn't bulky at all. I use the 15mm insert to hold my Zacuto arm which is connected to my SmallHD monitor, but there is also a ton of 1/4 20 built into the nato rail, two cold shoes, and even a couple 3/8 stud locations. I think the thing that surprised me the most is that you can use this for both a top handle or a side handle depending on your needs. There isn't a better designed grip on the market, if you need grip... get this one. PS- It's the perfect handle for an EasyRig Setup too!

Really good handle. Lots of connection points and I love how you can "twist" it so that you have many mounting options. Would love to see the twisting function added to the bigger handle

This is a very well designed and clever top handle. Extremely light, versatile (you can use it as a side handle), nato rail on top... Very well thought out. It is about half the weight of my beloved recoil handle ( that I still use for beefy rigs). Love this little handle. Well done!

I have always been very happy with my good old recoil handle for years, but it was a little big for lighter cameras so I bought and tried the tactical handle... First thing that jump at me is how lightweight it is, which is always a good thing. It feels great in your hand, and I really like having the rail option on top now. what's especially brilliant about the design is, the fact that you can rotate that handle and use it as a side grip. Well done!!

I’m using this with the 6K BMPCC Cage. I was planning to use this setup with my old Tactical Handle on top and the new one on the side, but this new one is so lightweight and well designed that I’m actually going to buy a 2nd new Tactical Handle and retire my old one. I’m pretty amazed by how Zacuto turned this into such a featherweight handle. Especially when you do a side-by-side comparison to their previous Tactical Handle. I don’t have a scale, but to my best guess, I’d swear that the old Tactical Handle is almost as heavy as the total weight of this new Tactical Handle attached to the empty camera cage. Crazy!
