Great first dash cam
Installation was easy and fast. The GPS module had way more cable than I needed but most of the extra cable is hidden by the rear view mirror. The unit itself was smaller than I expected which means no obstruction to the view out the windshield. I also got a fuse tap and wiring package from another source so I didn't clog up my 12v lighter port.

It's a decent camera for all daily/nightly rides. Relatively wide angle allows to capture more then driver can see. Polarizing lens filters out all reflected light that gives even better picture then directly viewed. Due to the small size fits well when attached to the windshield. The A118C2 is an upgrade from A118C, use better larger aperture lens, support circular polarize lens filter and come with new better shield charger. The A118C2 comes with all the necessary dash cam functions such as loop recording, auto on/off and date/time stamp. A G-sensor is also present to keep your video files from being overwritten should an impact occur.
