Nice construction, seems pretty tough so far. It has a very efficient use of space, I hauled a Nikon D5600 body and 3 lenses pretty comfortably in backpack mode. Oh yeah, and the tripod on the back. 4 stars because I haven't owned it long enough to judge durability, but I'm not anticipating any issues!

I bought this bag for when I an hiking and want to travel light. It is perfect for that purpose. The bag is small and light, and it will hold a Nikon D750 DSLR with AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G lens, a 50 mm primary and one flash. That is all I would want on lug around for any distance. It is designed to also carry a tripod, and looks like it could do so very well, but a full-sized tripod is contrary to my lightweight objective, so I have not tried it. The easy removal of the camera without risking dumping other gear on the ground is a positive feature, as is the option to use it as a sling bag when taking photos frequently. Unless you have a camera materially smaller than a D-750, this probably could not be your primary camera bag, but it is an excellent bag for the backup camera you want to have all of the time, and for hiking and vacations when you do not want to be weighted down.

The backpack is very well built and the material look to be high quality. I like the pocket to hold the tripod. I just ecpected it to be a little larger. Anyway very good if you plan to travel light.

I was looking for a camera bag I could take with me on day hikes and short trips. All the other bags I have are too large and don't have a way to carry a full size tripod. This bag fits those needs. I carry an Olympus OMD -EM5 with the battery grip and a couple of lenses. The bag is on the small side, hence the 4 stars, but thats my fault. It's small, light, well built and comfortable to wear. There is a fairly large zippered compartment to carry a few accessories, keys and cellphone. The main compartment is a bit on the small side for the camera with its grip on, but will still have room for another lens besides the one mounted on the body. It's a good bag for my needs, I'll keep it.

I like the bag for what I own. It could be a little larger. I purchased because I could carry my tripod!

Pack is exactly how described. Solid quality, just enough space for a light, quick trip or travel bag. Great overall quality for the price, would purchase again.

This little backpack exceeded expectations and is well designed as advertised. I could fit a body and a long telephoto zoom lens, or 2 smaller zooms and a body very easily. Two side access panels allow easy positioning or removal of lens. A small top zipped panel allows lens cleaning gear storage. It’s well padded and light - perfect for a “mission specific” photo shoot where you need to carry 1-2 lenses only. Also avoids neck/shoulder strain as a backpack instead of carrying a strapped bag off to side - after several hours, that makes a difference! This was the first trip I’d used this backpack and was amazed at how much easier it was to carry gear.

This may be the most versatile bag I've seen yet. Every feature seems to have been carefully thought out. I prefer to travel with a backpack, but shoot with a sling pack. The Adaptor series has you covered... even if you're a lefty! The tethered rain fly is a great feature, too. There's simply no wasted space. And the build seems very sturdy. If you're looking to haul limited gear as conveniently as possible, this is probably your dream bag.

The Vanguard Adaptor 41 delivers with quick-access zippered gear openings on both left and right sides so you can get to shooting in a matter of seconds. It's a great protector, too, with a roomy, customizable interior and thick padding. Easily convert from backpack style to a sling bag by repositioning one of the shoulder straps and neatly stowing the other in its pocket. Zippered and buckled top compartment for additional gear or other supplies. Additional features include a tripod holder and zippered pockets for small accessories and lens caps.
