Shopper : what do you put in the bag?ANDREW P : It depends on what is available. I have used sand, dried beans, fabric stuffing from a pillow, and clothes. I always want it empty to travel due to bulk and weight. Most anything works for handholding.

Good Support

This bag is good for low ground support and using on your car door. I like it because it is light and the design helps you stabilize your camera. You have to fill it your self. That is not hard and I found some buckwheat hulls that work great.
