I love this Tripod. It is very solid and the ball head works very smoothly. I use mostly in studio and the knobs are located so they are easy to get to as i am changing its height and removing the camera quite a bit. Camera mount is very solid. For the reasonable price of this Tripod it was much more than i expected. Very happy.

I love this tripod because it is sturdy and stable enough to hold a pretty heavy camera, so that I can set my shot however I want without having to worry about any falls. A reasonably priced option for a solid tripod.

I got this tripod in a bundle and wasn't expecting much from a free tripod but I was sorely mistaken. I love it. Solid build with some weight to it.

A bit heavy so I won't be backpacking with it. Very satisfied for studio shooting and on short walks.

This tripod is sturdy and fully adjustable for any situation. It has proven superb for both field and studio work. It supports my Canon 5D Mark IV with a telephoto lens with no problem. Once you tighten the components, it is rock solid and doesn’t drift from its locked position. The ball head enables maximum flexibility with regard to camera position. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I love this tripod. It is fairly straightforward to use and decently weighted for a on location shoot. I used it with a Canon EOS 6D Mark II and a 150-600mm lens in the field. My only issue was the release plate is a bit finicky. Use caution attaching the plate and check for a secure seat. One direction will allow the plate to slide forward along with your gear.

Have used this tripod for two years. Easy to set up and not “tippy”. Ball head works smoothly. Rubber ball feet with metal point for rough surfaces need to be checked each time tripod is used, especially on hardwood floors (not a big deal).

Very happy with this tripod. It is a well built unit that has no problem handling large lens and camera combos. Also I found Adorama to be very easy to work with. Will be using them again.

Got this as a kit with the Lumix G95, so expectations were moderate. So, a surprise when this turned out to be a well thought out and rugged piece of very useful equipment.

Trip works for everything I need it for. Very sturdy and the spike feet are very handy. The neck is helpful for keeping the tripod itself out for the way as well for taking a photo from any angle. The ball head is very smooth as well. My only complaint is the center column is kind of stiff at the moment so makes it a little difficult to swing it out or pull it out

I had a Polaroid tripod. It seemed go but I didn't like the way to adjust the camera position. I bought this with the ball head and happy days are here. It is easy and fast to set up. Very stable in wood floors or dirt and grass. Fast to adjust camera position and best of all it rotates straight down so I can use it for my macro shots of the gemstones I cut. I'm impressed. It is a nice tripod especially for the price. I'm sure there are better but I don't have 300 to 500 dollars to find out. Great deal for the price.

I love photography, It helps me relieve stress. For years I was using an inferior tripod to shoot landscape an macro photos. However, it was time consuming work trying to prepare my tripod and camera for the proper composition. With the Vanguard 263AB-100 I no longer struggle and waste valuable time to set up my gear and and start shooting right away. Its easy to set up, easy to put away, and and sturdy. Re-positioning of the tripod and camera for my next composition is simple and quick. I'm not a pro but the Vanguard 263AB-100 makes my hobby more enjoyable.

completely pleased with the tripod, It works great and is easy to set up, allowing much more flexibility than my SLIK that I have used since the 70s.

Affordable, solid, professional, great light tripod - here's the girl's photographer best friend. A great investment, it tilts and pans full range and can be easily set to low and high positions. It's light weight and adjustability to any kind of environment makes it great to work with and to travel. Solid head and great stability. Love it!!

Purchased this tripod because my current equipment would not adequately support a Canon 5D with 70-200 mm. So far I am impressed with the stability and the operation of the ball head (my first use of a ball head). I think I will like the Arca plate quick mount.

This tripod had amazing features for the price; However, have found that it is too tall for me to use easily (5'4"). Am replacing with same exact tripod --264-- 4" shorter and addition of a leg section.

Very strong and well built love the flexibility of the center shaft. And the ability to shoot straight down. My only negative is when I turn the knob to stop ball head rotation it tilts it slightly so unless I tighten that first I have to reset everything else

The only thing keeping this tripod from being perfect is that it's quick release mount is not a standard size so I couldn't use an aftermarket plate with. Otherwise its great and I can live with that annoyance.

Didn't get a chance to use all features but the first looks are pretty impressive. Good build quality for the price.

Great Tripod...
By Stephen M.
This tripod is absolutely wonderful. The ball head is very nice and smooth and retains its position well with my Canon 50D with battery grip and 70-200 f2.8L attached. The tripod is stable and very user friendly and it has great features. If I were to change anything at all it would be to add an Arca-Swiss style QR to it. The QR knob that is on it works well, but the rubber grip on it slips a little, but that is probably mostly me. I tend to over tighten things and I am very hard on equipment...

Exactly what I was looking for!
By CAROL B.
Everything was exactly as expected on arrival. At first glance, this tripod seemed solid and dependable, I quickly put my camera on top without hesitation. All the legs extend and retract smoothly. I definitely like that it extends to 68", this was a big selling point for me. I'm 6 foot and I like that I can stand up straight to compose a shot if I want to. Sure, I'm often down at a lower angle, but this gives me the flexibility I need. I'm really excited about the tilting center column...
