Shopper : Any chance this fits comfortably under a Southwest Airplane seat?ERIC C : EasilyANDREW R : Unfortunately, this bag may be a little too large (height and depth) for a reasonable fit under a seat. The approximate space under Southwest seats in a 737-800 are 19 inches deep, 19 inches wide and about 9.5 inches tall. Southwest carry-on baggage may not be larger than 24" x 16" x 10". The outside dimensions of this bag (not including the strap) are 13.4" x 10.4" x 10.6". Of course the space does vary slightly depending on where you're seated and the model of the aircraft.
CLINT D : Is that a back pocket? Would an iPad fit in there? I would also like to put an Olympus E-5 with 12-60 and 7-14 lens in the main compartment. Thoughts?TENZIN W : Yep,there is a back pocket. Ipad & 10in laptop can fit in easily and it has an extra cover. I've packed NIKON d7000 with 35mm (middle) 55-300m( right) and battery charges n other cables (left). I was looking for a medium size camera bag but at first it looked little big, but now I m satisfied with the size where I can put my ipad/ documents/ cables. I brought this bag two months ago and I m very happy with my purchase.JAMES H : First, let me say "I love the bag". Yes, there is a paded sleave in which to store an iPad or 14" computer. The bag has great capacity. I carry in my bag the following items and there is still room for a few small things: Canon 5D ll Canon 24-105 mm L lens, (on camera) Canon 50 mm 1.4 lens Canon 70-300mm L lens Canon Flash Battery Charger Filters Small Flash light A bag of small misc. itemsSERGEY G : iPad perfectly fit in back pocket, I have canon mark iii with 24-70 lens, canon 580 fleshlight, canon 50mm lens and zeiss 21mm. All of those fit in this bag
Steve M : I've got a Canon 60D, Tamron 18-270, Canon 50mm, and a Canon Speedlite 430II. Will all this fit comfortably/safely in this bag?REMCO T : Yes. No problem.LINDA S : Steve, Body and both lens, no problem, the speedlite might be a challenge. I can tell you that I carrying the battery charger on one side pouch and a lens on the other with the camera body and whichever lens is currently on it in the other side pouch. Hope that helps you!JAMES H : I have in my Heralder 28: Canon 5Dll Canon 580EX speedlite Canon 70-300 IS 4-5.6 Canon TC-80N3 Timer Sekonic L-358 Light Meter Canon 50mm 1.4 Battery Charger Small Flashlight Small bag of Misc. Items 5D ll instution Book Four CF Cards Room for a few more small itemsMIKE H : Hi Steve, I'm answering so that you don't think that I was ignoring you. But the fact is that It was a gift for a friend that lives in a completly different part of the country. So as much as I would like to give you the answer that you are looking for, I can't. I hope that some one else can help. Mike H

Very impressed

I just got this, but so far I am really happy with it. Looked at a lot of different bags. I chose the Heralder 33; the 38 seemed to be little too big. I am very pleased to say that my MacBook Pro 15" easily fits in this bag - if you remove the provided sleeve. There is still ample padding for it. This bag has a lot of nice features and is very well constructed.

Great bag

Shipping was fast Packaging was great, Bag is perfect for me, hold camera with battery grip four lenses and all sorts of small stuff. The Ipad sleeve is excellent and gives great cushioning. I did add a camera clip to the strap from the great guys over at Peak Design which makes even more room in the bag when the camera is clipped on the shoulder strap.

Nice bag

Nicely constructed small / medium size bag at a great price. I was looking for a bag to carry a DSLR, flash and one extra lens and this bag does that well. Construction of the bag overall is great and first-rate. I do wish that the velcro was a little "sticker" in the inner compartments since it seems fairly easy to displace it. Also some additional outside pockets would be nice.

One well-designed bag!

This bag is comfortable to wear and has some really smart features--like the top zipper that allows easy access to your dslr. The padding is thick and fabric quality is high. I've got a small dslr(Canon t4i,) 2 extra lenses, and a flash unit in the bag along with spare batteries, chargers, and sd cards. A tablet will fit in the pocket (the bag even comes with a tablet sleeve) but something like an ipad would change how other things could fit inside because the back wouldn't be as flexible. This bag fits my travel and storage needs perfectly. This version of the bag is probably a little small to make the tripod carrier practical, but even then it is still functional--just a bit awkward.

Well made and lots of room

Nice large bag for travel with computer sleeve. It is unfortunate that I also own the up-rise 38. It is a smaller bag, but has nicer compartments, lack the tripod strap. The up-riser also has a wider sleeve to attach to carry on rollers that prevent it from sliding off. Overall it is really a nice bag that can double on trips as a large walk around bag when you don't need all your equipment by just taking out the padded camera insert.
