I purchased this vest for international bird photography. Two things to keep in mind as you consider this purchase. The vest is heavy and stiff. I found it chaffed my shoulders some when fully loaded. I did however handle my 100 to 400 mm canon lense, one 24 - 70 canon lense, and 1 11-20 Tokina lense, plus 6 batteries, a flash, three filters, my smart phone, and my remote. Plus a bottle of water. It is a bit bulky but everthing I needed was right there. I had to adapt an option for my Manfroto tripod.

I have found the vest to be very useful. Plenty of pockets with more than enough space to carry the often used items that I need in the field and woods. Frees up your hands to do the work you need to do with the camera.
