This is a great monopod that I also use as a walking stick. I attached a Joby Ballhead with quick release for my Nikon D750 and it is a simple and easy lightweight platform for both stills and video.

This model comes with a bolt pattern that fits the camera only. No adapter provided for a ball head. ($) to send back. Completely worthless for my needs and too expensive to ship back. No description details informing buyers of this important distinction

The Vanguard VEO AM-234 monopod is exactly what I was looking for. A great product that is well built and lightweight. A nice feature is the cap that covers the screw mount which makes it work well as a walking stick too. The hand grip and strap are comfortable. There is a convenient clip so you can hang it from your bag or belt. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
