Okay Pouch, Sub-Par Packaging
The product is fine. As previously reported however, the packaging was smashed in shipping due in large part to the peculiar seemingly vacuum-sealed mailing envelope which afforded no protection against crushing. So if you intend to buy this with intentions of presenting it as a gift in OEM packaging, you will be disappointed.

Black Victorinox Cordura Belt Pouch
I wore out two snap close cloth holders for my multi-tool in about 5 years before buying the Cordura pouch. After almost 3 years this one still looks and works great. I was not sure about the velcro closure, but it is really holding up.

Cheaply Made
I wear my knife on my belt every day. Within a couple of months, the knife wore a hole through the bottom of this pouch. I ended up purchasing a custom make pouch for $ that is made with much thicker leather.
