This knife features an extremely sharp high carbon, stainless steel blade which is stamped from a single sheet of metal. It forged at Victorinox in Switzerland by craftsmen who harden, temper, grind, polish, etch and finish the blade by hand. The resulting blade has an edge that can be resharpened time and again. It is NSF approved, with minimal crevices that could potentially house bacteria. Its patented Fibrox handle, dishwasher safe and slip resistant, is ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
