Shopper : is this knife as picture shows in non serrated blade?JOHN C : This is the Trekker NS (non-serrated). The same knife also comes in a serrated blade. I wanted a swiss army knife that had a one-handed non-serrated main blade and also had the flat-head screwdriver. That standard swiss army screwdriver (bottle opener) fits perfectly in the flame adjustment screw of my cigar lighter. Also, I usually shop around for the best price (including shipping) and $36.95 from Adorama was what I paid for it in June 2014. By the way, it's not small and it's not light like my Swiss Army Red Tinker that I usually carry around in my pocket.MATT H : The main blade is non-serrated. The skinnier one of equal length to the main is a serrated woodsaw. Obviously any knife based saw isn't great, but its there if your in a pinch. Love this knife, had a older model 15 years ago, bought again.STEVE K : This is the same knife that I ordered and received from Adorama and it is the non serrated blade. I really like the knife and usually prefer the plain blade over serrated. Hope this helps.

Amazing knife!

I already had a Evogrip,18, Swiss Champ and a Fieldmaster when I placed the order for One hand Trekker. These things are irresistible. The Trekker is longer than the Swiss Champ and falls under the Large category of their knives. The build is impeccable with absolutely no play when opened, flawless surfaces and very comfortable grip. These knives are works of art! The knife blade locks. I would have preferred if the saw locked also instead of the bottle opener.

The perfect everyday knife

I've always had two problems with Swiss Army Knives: their blades didn't lock, which can be a safety hazard; and their shape was not ergonomic for cutting. This knife fixes both of those problems, and contains all of the tools that I (and I think most people) use on a regular basis.

I like the locking main blade and large screwdriver, haven't really tested it yet but will soon

After seeing and reading reviews about the one handed Trekker, I decided to purchase one. I got the non serrated blade, I really like the knife came really sharp out of the box, good size knife not real heavy, has the wood saw. Large screwdriver, can opener, awl, Phillips screwdriver, I like the locking main blade and large screwdriver, haven't really tested it yet but will soon.
