Plate Carrier with easy to access external hard plate pockets. This plate carrier has breathable mesh inner pockets for soft body armor panels. The inner pockets feature a pass-through shoulder opening for soft body armor with adjustable shoulder straps to pass through from the front panel to the back panel.On the outside of the front and back panels are easy to access external hard body plate armor pockets. One side of the external pockets has a full length heavy duty zipper and a top flap with hook and loop fasteners. This allows the wearer to quickly and easily insert Level III or Level IV hard plates, when the situation requires it, to quickly upgrade their protection level. The external pockets will accommodate a pair of standard 10" x 12" hard plates or up to a pair of 11" x 14" hard plates.Adjustable for length 2" side straps with large plastic buckles that can be extended out to 61"L. The quick connect buckles allow you to quickly and easily get the plate carrier onto your body. Quick connect buckles and the adjustable strap are positioned for easy access while being worn.PALs webbing on the front & back panels allows the attachments of MOLLE accessories like holsters, magazine pouches, radio/utility pouches, and other essential gear.Adjustable for length Shoulder straps with large heavy duty quick connect buckles with hook and loop fasteners. Includes two padded shoulder covers with PALs webbing, hook and loop fasteners, and loops for communications cabling routing.The top of the front and rear panels feature a 12.25"W X 2.75"H loop fastener patch areas. The top two PALs webbing rows on the front panel have loop fasteners and the rear panel has a 12.5"W X 2"H loop fastener patch area just under the larger patch area. This allows the user to place Department/Unit patches, name tapes, and moral patches to their plate carrier.Heavy Duty drag handle on the top of the rear panel.Made with tough and durable PVC material that is water and chemical resistant. Double and re-enforcement cross stitching in critical areas.

So I have a full rig and got this as a spare since it was at a really good price.  I was actually really surprised at the quality of the material and stitching when i got it.  After putting plates in and trying it out, I was amazed at how well it fit.  I was even able to put my favorite sweatshirt on with no issues.  Looked in the mirror and you can barely tell I was wearing it.  Pretty darn impressed with this vest!!!

Nice Quality plate carrier but IT DOES NOT HAVE THE SIDE PANEL POCKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though the web site states it does I assure you IT DOES NOT. It was supposed to have pockets on the side for 6x8  soft panels but there is no pocket on either side  just the straps.

I was very happy with the plate carrier. Durable material and for my 10x12 plates. Very adjustable. I'm a 42" waist and there was still more adjustment left to make it bigger.  56" chest, no problem. If you want an affordable carrier, this is the one.

A good, sturdy plate carrier.  It is easily adjustable  throughout its size range and fits as comfortably as any similar armor carrier.  The velcro and PALS webbing (sometimes called MOLLE webbing, though the two terms are not the same) make it easy to attach identification patches and pouches for gear.  Overall, it's an excellent carrier for the price.

I absolutely love this plate carrier. It’s very high quality and very strong. I’ve got two 11x14” lvl 3 steel plates in it and it manages those just fine. Sure the bigger plates make it heavy but I wear it for hours on end because of the comfortability. The hook and loop on this carrier is very strong as well. I’d recommend this carrier to anyone.

For it's price, it well worth it.  I get compliment from my fellow officers and they asked how much it cost; they could not believe I only paid ($) for this vest.  Quality 5/5, comfort: as long as I don't wear my duty jacket, I don't have to feel the pressure on the snap-on plastic buckles on my shoulder, that said, that goes to all vest carriers with buckles on the shoulders.

I really hope I win the Canon Camera, however, this is my first bullet proof vest. I hope to get the plates sooner or later. The vest seems sturdy, strong, and fits very well. The patches don’t come apart as easy so it seems to be durable.
