They fit perfectly. Added a set of Garfield Headphone Softie Earpad Covers to keep from getting wet from perspiration.  We’re in SW Florida. Need I say more?
There’s nothing to not like about them so if you like your Vmoda’s replace the pads with these.

I received my V-Moda headphones as a Christmas gift and while I love the acoustics of the cans the cushions were a bit skimpy and after wearing these for more than 2 hours my ears and head began to ache from the clamping down pressure these headphones possess. I decided to purchase the XL cushions bcus I wear these often and want to be as comfortable as possible while listening to my music. These XL cushions are all that and more! They make the V-Modas feel like a new pair of cans! Extra comfort and they even have a better sound! I would definitely recommend these!
