Works perfect.
Very strong monopod. I buy a ball head Silk SBH-120 DQ for use it and can handle very well my Nikon D7000 with a Nikon 80-200mm lens. The legs are strong enough.

Very good Monopod for the price
Very good monopod and its very lightweight for carry on. I use it with my Nikon D90 & 18-105mm lens and works excellent. The only cons its that you need to by the bubble head.
