Absolute best sticks for videographer on the go. Lightweight and super fluid head.

My favorite tripod (although i'd go for the 638 instead, it's more sturdy). I have used these Velbon sticks for years, done lots of high end work on them an love them. The head is super-fluid - no other budget tripod will even compare. I had another manfrotto head, got it for around $400 - and still thought the $40 velbon head was much better. Also - the tripod is extra lightweight, i travel for shoots a lot and so that means a lot. Finally - at this price, they're perfect sticks. Legs could be a bit more solid, i broke a couple of them over the years since they have many plastic parts - but i totally didn't mind. For the price, you really cannot get a better set of sticks.
