Vocas Basic Kit for Sony PXW-FX9

Basic handheld kit for the Sony PXW-FX9 camera. This kit includes the form fitted base plate (0350-1700), which adds front and rear 15 mm rails, a comfortable shoulder pad and VCT-14 connection to your tripod. It also comes with a viewfinder bracket (0700-0065) based on a NATO rail to prevent your viewfinder from tilting, resulting in a crooked horizon. The extender (0390-0030) and wooden handgrip (0830-0032-04) give you a comfortable way to hold your camera while operating it on your shoulder.

- Base Plate MKII for Sony PXW-FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 -
15 mm Shoulder base plate to convert the Sony PXW-FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 into a shoulder mounted camera. The shoulder base plate features an magnetic rubber shoulder pad, one standard rosette on the left side and 15 mm integrated front and rear rails, to mount any 15 mm rail accessories. Furthermore, a VCT-14 adjustment tool is integrated in the back of the base plate, for a steady adjustment between the base plate and the VCT-14 style quick release plate.

The shoulder base plate provides comfortable and steady shooting. It can be mounted to VCT style plates, by mounting the included 'separate dovetail plate' (0350-1010), or to any third party tripod plate, by mounting the included 'separate flat base plate SHORT' (0350-1025). By using any of these two included plates, you can swap the PXW-FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 from shoulder to tripod in just a second. The weight of the shoulder base plate (only 600 grams, without bars) in combination with the flexibility of the adjustable shoulder pad, results in a perfect light weighted, comfortable and balanced solution for your FS7 / FS7 II /FX9. This kit includes the separate dovetail plate (0350-1010), separate flat base plate SHORT (0350-1025) and two sets of 15 mm bars (183 mm and 235 mm).

Optionally available is the 'separate flat base plate' (0350-1020), which allows you to attach the base plate for Sony PXW-FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 to the BP-18 19mm balance plate, to provide a 19mm solution.

This viewfinder bracket kit is designed for the Sony PXW-FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 to mount to a 15 mm horizontal rail.

The quick release NATO rail concept offers a strong, stable and lightweight connection, preventing the viewfinder from "twisting", which can result in a crooked horizon of the image.

There is various assortiment of NATO rails available, like single rails to mount to 1/4" threaded holes, NATO rail to standard rosette and NATO rail to 15 mm rail. All NATO rails are available in different lengths.

Included in this kit: 1x viewfinder bracket for Sony FS7 / FS7 II / FX9 (0700-0066), 1x NATO rail (0710-0130).

- Offset Handgrip Extender long (150 mm) -
Offset handgrip extender long (150mm). This handgrip extender extends both the relative position in length (150 mm) and width (65 mm). To both sides of the extender it's possible to attach a handgrip, another handgrip extender or other rosette accessory.
