After I received this Vox AmPlug Clean, I realized that it would not work with my headphone electric guitar setup. I promptly contacted Adorama and they graciously approved a return of this item. The package was unopened.They emailed me a return label and promptly accredited my purchase price after it was received back. Excellent all around service!
