Vortex Optics 10x42 Crossfire Water Proof Roof Prism Binocular with 6.2 Degree Angle of View, Green

I bought crossfire 10x42 a year ago at a customs auction because in Indonesia there was no official Vortex dealer. This is my first binoculars and I was surprised by the look of these binoculars. Clear, sharp and easy to focus. This binoculars exceeded my expectations, it made me wonder how the performance of the line above crossfire and I would buy a 12x50 diamondback as an improvement. I can't afford to buy a viper or raid because of expensive taxes in my country. One of my questions, how do I take care of the warranty if there is damage? Because if I send from my country to America and vice versa, it will cost quite a lot like I bought new. That is all... I really like Vortex Optics products. Remember binoculars, remember Vortex ...

I can go on all day about the 10x42 crossfire all I can say is buy a pair they are without a doubt the best binoculars I have ever had and I have other binoculars that I paid a lot more for. Thank you

I bought a pair of Vortex crossfire binoculars in September of 2017, great price so I figured I would try them out! I am so glad I did they are very clear and great quality. So in late November I was hunting and I had just harvested a deer so it was just about dark and I was about to get out of my stand and I dropped my bag with the binoculars inside down about 20 feet well, it turns out gravity won... so I called Vortex the next day and told them the same story I just explained and they didn’t even hesitate to have me send them back in to them to fix them, 2 weeks later they sent me a brand new in the box pair. I just couldn’t believe that I dropped them out of my stand told them the truth and they replaced them! Vortex has done good by me, after all that I went and bought a Diamondback 3.5-10x50 rifle scope. Im looking to buy a Viper for my next rifle!!!

Recently picked these up, and I cannot believe the quality for the price paid. The view is crisp, bright, all in a perfectly sized package. These fit well in my larger hands, but still were compact and light enough to be comfortable.

My wife bought me these for Christmas. Used them on our Javelina hunt and was pleasantly surprised. Clarity and weight were great for a great price.

This was my first pair of binoculars I've ever purchased, and couldn't be more pleased with them. Great image, even in low light conditions. My father in-law is a die hard Leupold guy. He asked to check out my Vortex binos and he was impressed. He said, "These are nice. Like really nice. How much did they run you?" I responded, "Not as much as that Leupold pair you're using lol." Great product. Keep up the good work. I also bought a pair of these for my best friend for a wedding gift and he loved it.

Purchased a pair of the Crossfire 10x42’s and after the first use the eye cup came lose after the third use. I contacted customer service and the same thing happened after the first use. After contacting customer service again a new pair was sent out right away and was asked to send back the old pair again. There was no instructions or shipping label included to do so. So far so good on the new pair but I haven’t used them more than 15 minutes. I am a little concerned at this point, but will give these a try for the third time.

These bino’s are INSANE!!! I have the 10X42’s. The quality of the glass is very sharp and clear. Focus wheel is smooth, eye relieve cups move in and out with ease. The lenses are very durable also,I’m pretty rough on my gear and there isn’t a single scratch (invest in a good bino harness if you’re looking for top quality glass without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars , because let’s face it, that means less money for tags, gas, and bullets/broadheads, these are perfect!

unlike all my other Vortex optics i took my time on these. with the other products i looked through them and saw the price and was sold right then, however i took my time with these. I reviewed multiple brands, different sizes, and even compared multiple models from Vortex. I was sold on the Diamondbacks until I saw these. I chose the Crossfire over the Diamondback, not for the price difference, but because personally I thought they had a better picture quality. when I was looking at them at the store I looked across the building (abt. 100yrs) and found a beam in the ceiling that had the designation on it for its location. I could read the designation better with Crossfire than I could with the Diamondback, and a pair of Steiner binos. they were all the same size and magnification which blew me away! these are AMAZING

The 10X42s are exactly what I needed for bow hunting. They’re light weight, don’t fog up and work great in low light. All for a great price.

These are great, for the price you can acquire these you won’t find a better quality price. The image is sharp. Iv used these for a couple of years before upgrading to the Razor HD. I was spotting animals out to 1000 yards easily when mounted on a tripod. They were perfect for my in the first years of hunting. Amazing customer service and warranty. That is what first drew me to them.

Great when it comes to eye relief, even while wearing sunglasses. Very light and portable, after buying them ill never but from another optics company again!

Ive hunted my whole life and always used my dads old bulky binos. I heard about and was able to sample some Vortex products from coworkers and quickly decided to get a pair. The crossfires wasted no time in showing me what I have been missing out on in the woods. The size is perfect, slim and easily put away. The glass is the best I have looked through and along with the VIP warranty and price its an unbeatable product. They go every where with me now not just the woods they're great for backpacking and keeping in your vehicle! After college I definitely will be investing in more Vortex products! I've had my 10x42 binos for a few years now and I've never had a problem with them. They have a very clear picture and aren't bulky to pack around. I've spotted lots of animals with them from distances up to 2 miles and have easily been able to identify what they are. The only problem I've had with these is having them fog up in really cold conditions but that usually happens with almost any binos. These are the best all around hunting binos for the price.

These are great binoculars! Last spring I was turkey hunting with my partner and we were glassing the field we were hunting. He had a pair of binoculars that cost him about $1200.00 I handed him my Crossfire 10 X 42 and he was astounded. These binoculars are great. Also just got back from the Amazon where my wife and I used them to view all sorts of interesting stuff on the river. They go with me on every trip! I attached a couple of pictures to show the good results.

Replace a Leopold pair on a trip to Montana. Purchased these while on vacation. Have not had any issues with them after 3 years. I hunt year round. Have switched all of my rifle scopes to Vortex.

I bought these for my wife awhile ago and we are both impressed with the quality. They feel slightly better in your hand then my Leopold McKenzie. I will probably be switching a lot of my optics from Leopold to Vortex in the years to come.

I have had mine for a year. I bought them last minuet before an archery tournament, were I had Left my diamond backs at home. I intended to get another pair of Diamond backs same as the ones I had at home, so that I had two of the same... Theses held up and did well for me on the weekend. Love them when I take others with me that have not used a quality set of Binoculars. They are all impressed when They look through them. My niece and nephews ask for them for Christmas. There are 16 and 12.

I used these binoculars for five months on a sage grouse research project. I can not believe how much abuse they took and how they still work perfectly! These held up to tons of dirt, dust, accidental drops, and extreme temperatures. They still had a clear field of view after five months of non stop abuse and use. I never had them fog up in cold temperatures. I was worried about how extreme summer temperature would effect using them, but 100+ degree heat didn’t seem to affect them.
