Everything I was looking for in a rimfire scope. This is an excellent entry-level scope that has been performing as it should on 2 of my rimfire rifles. Sure, there are many other options on the market, but this is all a plinker will ever need.

Great for my sons 22 . Clear picture and easy to mount. Fast shipping. Vortex has always had a great product. Will recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend a bunch of money on a scope.

This scope is great for any rim fire scope. I put this on my ruger 10/22. I have it sighted in at 100yds. I set up some clays in holders and put them at 100yds. I don't miss. All vortex optics scopes have been purged and are coated. I haven't had issues with fog and the magnification quality is excellent.

I've been using the Crossfire II 2-7x32 Rimfire Riflescope primarily for plinking at the range, and it's been an excellent addition to my setup. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Crystal-Clear Optics: The fully multi-coated lenses provide a bright, clear image even in lower light conditions, which is great for those longer plinking sessions. Perfect Magnification Range: The 2-7x zoom is ideal for rimfire rifles. It's versatile enough for close-range shots at 2x but offers enough power at 7x for hitting smaller targets at 50-100 yards. Durable Build: The single-piece, aircraft-grade aluminum tube construction makes it lightweight yet tough. It handles recoil and bumps without losing zero. Ease of Use: The capped turrets are precise and resettable to zero, which is helpful when switching between different target distances. Adjustments are straightforward and responsive. V-Plex Reticle: The reticle is simple and clean, making it perfect for plinking. It doesn't obstruct the view and is quick to acquire targets. Value for Money: It's hard to beat the performance you get at this price point. Cons: Fixed Parallax: The parallax is set at 50 yards, which is ideal for rimfire but might be limiting if you're shooting at varying ranges and expect pinpoint accuracy beyond 100 yards. No Illuminated Reticle: While not necessary for daytime plinking, an illuminated reticle could be handy in dim lighting. Overall Impression: The Crossfire II 2-7x32 is a fantastic riflescope for range plinking. It's reliable, durable, and offers excellent optics for the price. It's easy to use and perfectly suited for rimfire setups. If you're looking for a no-frills, high-quality scope that gets the job done, this is a top contender. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, budget-friendly scope for recreational shooting.

I have several of these scopes on my rimfire rifles and they are a great value. I tend to be rough on these guns and these scopes take it just fine. I never have to adjust my zero and the parallax setting is perfect for the 50 yard shots that are typically taken with these guns. Reticle is crisp and the focus adjustment is perfect for my eye

Mounted this on a Bergara BRX and the recital is no longer level after 2 range trips. Tried several times to level it but it is not true to the top of the scope cap. I will reach out to see what can be done.

Another amazing purchase of a great optic provided by an amazing warranty. If you are looking for a scope that work well with one of your smaller caliber gas guns this scope is for you. It's light weight, holds a great zero, and is very user friendly. I will be putting up some pictures soon.

Mounted this on my Ruger 10/22 Takedown with the Ruger ISB. This is the perfect combination for a Grouse and other small game here in Alaska. This combination is primarily for my kids when I take them out and it has made their hunting experience for small game very enjoyable!

Put this on a Savage 22LR and it was quickly zeroed for 50 yards. Glass is crystal clear and durable. Fell off the bench, landing on the scope, and no damage to be found.

The Crossfire II has been my squirrel gun scope for three seasons now and has been flawless. Incredible glass for such a low price. I've never had an issue with any of my scopes and I only buy Vortex.
The Vortex Optics Crossfire II 2-7x32 Riflescope (Matte Black) offers all the desirable features of a riflescope. This Crossfire comes with a V-Plex Rimfire reticle and a fixed parallax setting of 50 yards. The V-Plex Rimfire reticle has four long posts creating a narrow gate where fine cross hairs establish the exact point of aim.
Also at the ocular end, a fast focus eyepiece allows immediate target acquisition while the magnification ring dispenses immediate zoom in or zoom out ability for a closer more detailed view or a more expansive bigger picture view. Fully multicoated optics deliver a brighter, higher-contrast image. The Crossfire II is built tough. A one inch, one-piece, hard-coated, anodized, aluminum body creates a shockproof construction.
The tube is filled with nitrogen gas to inhibit internal fogging and is o-ring sealed waterproof to prevent moisture, dust and debris from getting inside. Machined locking rings lock the lenses in place, keeping them in perfect alignment despite recoil and impact. The windage and elevation turrets are capped making them less susceptible to accidental damage or setting changes.
The turret housing can be re-indexed to zero after sighting. To use a riflescope with your firearm, you'll need a mounting base and mounting rings in addition to the scope itself. Bases attach to your firearm and the rings attach your scope to the base. Proper spacing of the rings, as well as the ring height should be considered to ensure that a proper line of sight can be established.
This will maximize the value of your investment and enhance your shooting experience. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation.
