I have yet to be disappointed by a Vortex product, this is no different. Clear and crisp optics and an unbeatable warranty.

I bought this scope for a new rifle. I've usually bought Leupold, but after reading reviews comparing the two, I went with this one. I gotta say, so far I've changed to Vortex from here on. Way easier to mount and sight in, better eye relief, more affordable accessories, and with the VIP Warranty, it's just better all around for me. The Customer Service is second to none as well, which is a top consideration point for me.

I love this scope. Put it on a savage . 243 for varmint hunting. I did drop 3 deer this year in their tracks 1 at 80 yards, 1 at 170 yards, and one at 120 yards. 2 coyotes at 250 yards.

Wasted ammo until I realized the turrets were mismatched. Meaning I had to switch azimuth turret and elevation they were placed wrong?. Right was up left was down etc. vortex quality has gone down. This was 2 nd time I've dealt with this problem with vortex.

I've got this scope on my 10/22. Is it too big? maybe. But for the price of the optic, I don't think it was a bad purchase. I looked at several other scopes, but this one checked all my boxes. I would have rather a scope with a 10" OAL, but any of the scopes I looked at didn't provide my key wants/needs. I chose this scope because I'll be able to shoot out to 100yrds or better, and has an adjustable parallax that starts at 10yrds. Initially, I did think the scope added a noticeable amount of weight, but in reality, it's the bull barrel that is heavy. I have a Ruger take down, and when holding just the receiver without the barrel in place, the scope really doesn't add any considerable weight. For functionality, this scope has an amazingly forgiving eye box, even at full power. In the event that I move this scope over to a larger caliber rifle, there will be no concern of a scope bit. The clarity of the glass is on par with any other Vortex optic that I have, no complaints there. The eye piece is smooth as butter for adjusting power, but I do wish the parallax adjustment matched. It's a bit stiff, but I'm hoping it will loosen a bit with use. The dead hold reticle is clear and crisp, and the included owners manual explains how to use the hashmarks and what caliber correspond to to what distances and the hashmarks. There is a table that shows what the expected/estimated drop for caliber sizes and how to use the hash's. So, it this too much scope for a 10/22... probably. Does it look a little out of place on that small of a rifle... that's a matter of perspective. Will I use the included sunshade, most likely not. Overall, I am happy with the optic and think it will serve its purpose for what I want. If I stumble across a smaller scope that meets my needs later on, maybe I'll change it out, but I'm not going to be specifically looking.

I like the features of the optic, my recent rifle build, this just completed it. I like the magnification range 4-16x Mainly the 16x will be used for sighting in at the range, maybe some observation while hunting, where I usually hunt I tend to not shoot past 100 yards, the 4x is perfect Very clear to my eye, didn't witness any funny objects while looking through, everything is where it needs to be The BDC is useful as long as you have a ballistics program to assist you in knowing the holdover for the longer distance shots. The only thing I wish that vortex sent with the scopes are the scope covers that are attached to the scope, the set that are sent with the scope are great during shipping, while clunky and cumbersome no real way to store them without a pocket if you choose to carry the lens covers

Excellent rifle scope! This is my first high end rifle scope. It has done an excellent job since I mounted it to my CZ 557 ranger rifle chambered in .308. A top quality product with top quality performance.

Bought this for my wife's 308. Very good glass and great quality. Very easy to zero and the BDC is pretty spot on out to 500yrds too. Only buy Vortex optics.

I really like the scope, I put this on a Ruger m77 and have had nothing but problems. Gun will not stay zeroed and takes way more adjustment then it should to get it to move. I have one on my 450 and have never had a problem that's why I purchased one for my 300. Rings were lapped as well, time to try something else.

Chose this over my usual choice of 6-18×44 Crossfire. This has a larger 30mm tube for more light and it is clear. Placed on my new Ruger American Ranch in 6.5 Grendel. Shouldn't be a let down for coyotes.

I bought my crossfire ll in December and put it on my gun and it works great when the suns out but during sun rise and sun set and when it?s dusk. You can?t see through it, or it?s very difficult to see but with the cheaper scope I had on it before I could see clearly anytime other then when it was pitch black outside!

I bought this before the season started. I am a die hard leupold owner and decided to give cortex a try. Safe to say vortex will no longer be getting any of my business. Unless you hunt in warm climate conditions your going to fog up.

Paired this scope with my Ruger American 6.5 creedmoor and I couldn’t be happier. Clear optic and great quality. My first Vortex product and also have the Diamondback now.

Functions exactly as Vortex says. Good quality optics at rock bottom prices. Put some meat on the table last year with it. Just waiting for the right one to wander by, and then it's on me. If I fail it won't be the scopes fault.

I have had 2 4-16x50 30mm for over a year. All I can say is wow! I have mounted them on AR-15’s, bolt action rifles, and a muzzleloader and they have always preformed flawlessly.

I bought the Crossfire 2 for my 243 as as an upgrade to the scope that was on it befoer. Just with swapping the scope I noticed I was way more accurate due to the clarity of the glass and it holding zero consistently. This scope is definately worth the money and a bang for the buck. The customer service is beyond phenominal and I will recommend Vortex to anyone and everyone. I will never go anywhere else do buy optics ever again.

First time I bought high quality glass and I wasnt sure how I would like the Crossfire II. I can honestly saw I got more than I payed for and Vortex put did themselves. The glass is crystal clear for a "lower end" scope. Also with the areas I hunt I've dropped by rifle a few times and never once has it knocked off my zero. Keep up the great work Vortex and I cant wait until I get a higher end scope of yours!

I received this riflescope as a Christmas present from my girlfriend. I mounted it to my AR-10 (.308) and immediately fell in love with it. For the price point it’s accurate, clear, and easy to work with aka sight in. I’ll be a loyal Vortex customer for sure.

I have had this scope for 6 months or so now and it's great. I wanted something with decent magnification for my 17 hmr so I could snipe out some gophers. Scope works great and also came with a 4" sun shade which is awesome and makes it look extra cool
