I installed this on a Ruger SFAR in . 308 to replace two separate rings. The rifle geometry includes a two-piece rail that splits between the handguard and the receiver. I had one ring on each section of rail which impeded teardown/cleaning and worse, allowed movement in the optic. This cantilever mount solves that problem completely. It installed easily, and properly torqued with blue Loctite, feels pretty solid. I haven't put rounds downrange since the remount but confidence is high.

item is solid and holds zero very well. Put it on a zev . 223 wylde with a zeiss optic. Depending on ammunition choice, groups can be well under 1". Just be sure to read the torque foot pounds specs.

I have this mounted on an AR and so far it has held a zero well. It was easy to mount and is well put together. I will absolutely consider buying another for my next rifle.

I have several of these on different firearms ranging from 22lr to 308. Following all torque specs, I have never lost zero. They have been exposed to rain and never had any rust issues. Even used one of these on a scar 17 with zero problems

Incredible mount! Low profile so I don't feel like I have to lift my cheek off the rifle. Light but well made. Has take some abuse without any issues.

There is something to be said about maintaining brand integrity when it comes to an optical system. You can assume that Vortex has taken the time to test their scopes with their mounts, and it negates and discussions about compatibility problems. I have used this scope mount on several AR platforms, both for LPVO's, and scopes with higher magnification. It works for sure and I don't think I had any issues with the mount failing. That being said, it does seem a little less refined than some of the other mount manufacturers out there. If your scope is already mounted using the Pro Extended Cantilever mount, keep it. But I know I have switched to Warne for all my latest builds, even if I'm still using Vortex glass.

Very good scope rings. Feels like high quality and never had lost zero on my 308 rifle. Very easy to install and haven't noticed any signs of the ring screws backing out. I would recommend to do your measurements to ensure you have adequate clearance with your objective lense. Vortex never fails on producing good quality products. I would recommend getting this if you're looking to put it on a AR platform.

Wouldn't call this the best mount ever but for the price and minimal abuse use cases its all most will ever need. If you plan on beating the crap out of your gun though you may want to look a little higher end.

The scope fit correctly and designated by the manufacturer. I paired this with a Vortex scope for an AR. The forward fastener became loose after a few shots even though it was tightened to specifications with a torque wrench.

Doesn't fit picatiny rail. The rail has lygs .207" apart the mount has only a .139" mounting screw. A LOT of movement. This is trash!

Housed my LVPO securely on my rails and is built to last some heavy usage. Zero on my sight is unchanged and don't have to worry about loose screws or sight not being securely fastened.

The right mount for my Vortex 1-8 in 30mm. The height over bore is almost two inches which is not a terrible height for your lpvo. The product is easy to install and works well

Other than on first mount, this mount has held stable a Vortex Strike Eagle on an AR platform. Due to its low price point on Expert Voice and relatively high reliability, I plan to use this mount on various other platforms.
