Quick plate is a must!

I bought this to pair with the summit tripod. Both use the quick release plate, which is an awesome feature that lets the scope go on and off easily. I was worried the ball joint wouldn’t hold my scope up but it tightens down nicely.

Well built!

Had this for over a year now. It works really well for scouting waterfowl for extended periods of time. Only complaint is the cork that meets with the window on the base of the mount started to peel up after about 6 months. I just glued it back down with super glue and had no problems since.
