My Vortex Strikefire stopped working after almost 5 years of use. I mailed it back to Vortex and they noted that they were unable to repair it. Sooo, they sent me a brand new Strikefire scope! Greatest warranty and fastest service ever! They either fix it or replace it. What a great American company.

For the money, the ability to change the dot collar and the battery life this is a really hard optic to beat. I have had this optic for almost 8 years now and it has gone from an AR15, to a 10/22 and now sits on my competition PCC and it has never let me down, never failed me and if Ive replaced the battery more than twice in that time I would be surprised. The optic is solid, super durable, ive used it in classes, competitions, dropped it and tought others how to shoot with it and it is nothing but impresisve.

I have owned my Strike Fire for approximately four years. It has been mounted on a 10.5" AR and a 16" AR. In both cases, the optic has always maintained zero, and worked at all times. The optic has been dropped, bumped and jostled, and no issue with internal zero and mount. Red/Green dot refresh rate has been fine, no stuttering or "blinking". I would, personally, like to see a 2 moa version, but thats a wish, not a critique. Although the optic market continues to be flooded with more optics and competitive prices, I stand behind Vortex's Warranty, quality and service, and this optic shows you why.

To keep a long story short I was coyote hunting. After tracking the coyote I fell into a swamp with my rifle. Upon taking my rifle out of the murky water it still worked 100%.

This is Vortex #5 for me, including two scopes, binos, range finder and what ever I forgot. Go with the best or deal with the rest. This will go on my .300BLK.

I got this as a present from my son and all I can say is wow. This red dot is awesome. Glass is clear. Sighted it in with around 10 rounds. Controls are easy use and have fired multiple rounds through it and has held zero perfectly.

I put this RDS on my AR pistol and it works perfectly. The salesman recommended this sight. I was looking for something smaller, but this is perfect. I can?t wait to add a multiplier (it will be a Vortex product).

I’ve had this optic for 5 years. In that time, it’s been through mud, rain, sand, extreme heat, and intense cold. It’s done extremely well in all those conditions and never seems to have trouble holding zero. I’ve trusted this optic for a variety of operations and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Vortex!

I purchased a SF II and was very disappointed when I saw the scratched looking DOT through lens. I called Vortex and spoke with Ryan, he asked me to take a picture of the DOT w/ my phone. The picture showed a perfect dot. He said I had a stigma to my eye sight like him. I wondered, since I wear my eye glasses for distance only to see and I always wear them at the range would this make a difference. Well, IT DID!! I see the DOT perfectly red or green does not matter. Im very happy with my purchase and I have purchased many things through VORTEX and the staff is FANTASTIC!

The versatility of the cantilever mount allowed the easy addition of the Vortex VMX-3T magnifier to my DPMS Oracle 5.56mm. I zeroed my Strikefire II @ 50 yards over a year ago with over 1,500 rounds and this optic has never had to be re-adjusted for grouping accuracy.

I put this on my 300BLK with the 3X magnifier. Great combo on the gun. My wife loved it so much she want the exact same set up on her AR15 build.

I purchased the strikefire II for my scar and i will say i have not had a single problem with the sight. The redicle is super visable and set up was a snap. Took it to the range and it was as if i was given cheat codes for shooting. Great for beginners or a more advanced shooter.

I have a Strikefire 1 and a Strikefire 2. Love them both. Strikefire 1 is on a 458 socom and has held zero perfectly. The Strikefire 2 is on a 7.62x39 which I shoot a lot. Same performance.

The system is over all pretty easy to use. It works well but my issue with it was when i would fire multiple rounds quickly thevred dot would go out and i would have to power it back on. It became a real hassle

I purchased he strike fire II Red/Green dot for the PC Carbine. I couldn't be happier. I only use the green, so switching back and forth isn't an issue. I've fired over 1500 rounds through it and it holds perfect. This is a great optic!

I have the Red/Green version on my POF Constable 556 for about 3 months now, and put it through 600+ rounds. It is very solid and works fantastic. Easy to install, mount and use, high clarity of the glass, plus great customer service of Vortex, they are very responsive to my questions and always clarify clearly. If I have to say any improvement needed, it would be the elevation and windage adjustment. The turrets are quite small, sometimes it is not very easy to turn the dials precisely by using the raised bar on the dial cover. I had to be careful to make the right clicks I needed. And I wish Vortex could make the contrast of the Up/R and the arrow marks in a better way, they and the background all look "silver or white". Well, it might not be a problem to me if I was a few years younger. But overall, this is a great Red Dot, and you can't go wrong with it.
