I bought these for a pair of Vortex Diamand back binoculars. They seem to be the only strap I can find that is small enough to slide through the attachment point. The only issue is the material is rubber and you have to use tweezers or a paper clip to force it through the hole on the diamondback. Once it is in it is a very sturdy strap.

OK as a make-do, it doesn't fix the problem. The leather part to too wide to thread into the bino slot-- just like the neck strap that comes with the binos from Vortex.. The basic problem, and not with just Vortex binos is that the slot in the binos themselves is too narrow to thread a neck strap. This design defect is not just with Vortex binos; suspect the factory making binos messed-up and is not correcting the flaw..

I had received a harness vest for a gift to use with my binoculars but the hook on the harness was to big for my particular binoculars. What drew me to this harness strap connector was the metal grommets and ring.
