I'm an avid birder and bought these as a lightweight option for backpacking and I love them ! I've also had them serviced by Vortex and the customer service is excellent.

They came very well packaged and were extremely easy to integrate into my bino harness. I have been using them for about 3 weeks now, and haven't noticed any issues with the function.

These are good for what they are. . . a decent pair of entry level binos. They're not five stars compared higher price point binos, but they're the cream of the crop for a starter pair of binos. The low magnification works well for sporting events, keeping the action in the field of view.

I was apprehensive at first about buying these basic binos but I really love Vortex products and wanted something light, small, and easy to leave in the truck. These fit the bill perfectly. They aren't my go-to hunting pair, but they are perfect to just have around on the go.

I bought a pair based on research that I found these in the top of reviews several times when I was looking for compact binoculars. Not disappointed at all. I bought another pair for my son and two friends were so impressed they each bought one. I also have a few other larger, and very much heavier, binoculars like my Steiner 10x50s for boating use. The optics, and clarity, on these are good.

Best I've used in the lightweight, low cost category. Not what you want for long range glassing, but that's not what these are designed for. They have been great for long days and long miles hiking through timber and desert. Two elk and a muley buck down in the last two years using these. Would recommend for someone looking for a rugged set of low magnification binos that won't break your budget.

Clarity + warranty + durability = perfect first set of binos for my young son who is crazy about looking at animals at home, on the road, or at the zoo. Kids are going leave them outside in the rain and drop them every chance they get. Instead of buying cheap pieces of junk year after year? buy once cry once!

My dad in law needed a pair of binoculars for sporadic events and for on vacation. As a great pair of binoculars could easily go into thousands of bucks he just needed a ?decent? one. I was a tiny bit sceptical about the 26mm having a relatively small exit pupil as I myself mostly use a 7x50. But I have some Vortex (rifle) scopes and I have a Vortex Solo and the 8x26 Vanquish is absolutely amazing. I honestly think the 8x26 model is the best bang for your buck at like ?120-?130. If you need good binoculars and don?t want to spend a lot of money, look no further and get the 8x26 Vanquish.

Got the Vanquish binoc's for Christmas recently. Was looking for an affordable set for general use. Already have a Sparc2, so thought I would try these out. They feel like high quality materials are used, clarity is good. Only wish would be that they have a way to mount to tripod. I felt very comfortable spending the money on these since they are backed by an awesome warranty.

My dad needed a pair of archery binoculars so I bought these for a Christmas gift and was impressed with the quality. We compared them side by side to similar Leupold's and there was very little difference. Plus they were little bit cheaper than the Leupold's.

The Vortex Vanquish 8x26 binocular's reverse porro prism design uses high-density glass and fully multi-coated optics to render images crisp and bright with a wide field of view. That makes quick work of scanning any landscape a given with the 8x26 Vanquish. 8x26 Vanquish - an excellent choice for viewing the widest variety of subjects in daylight.
Count on high performance at a relatively low cost because of the time-proven reverse porro prism design. Quality optics work to deliver a bright, wide field that stays in sharp focus from near to far.
