I just got the pmr-30-97 scope rings in yesterday. I went ahead and attached them to the picatinny rail. The scope rings would not clamp tightly on the rail. So I ended up having to file a little material off so the clamp would come in closer. I have a Christensen precision rifle and I just wanted people to know they may have to file a little material off to get it to fit tightly.

Only ones I use for my scopes if it’s on a rifle. They are solid and never come lose.

I have put these rings on a couple different rifle/scope combinations within the last year. The first one that I did I lapped and discovered that it wasn't even needed because of the tolerances held on these rings. Not having to lap made installing the second setup much faster and I appreciate that!

I put these ontop of a Bergara .308 and they have been extremely durable. A little pricey, but rock solid.

I have these holding my Viper PST on my RPR. They are amazing. The look great. You can tell they’re great build quality as soon as you take them out of the box. I’ve had them about a year now and I haven’t noticed any movement with them. Easy install.

I have used 3 sets of these rings now and I must say groups have shrank just with these rings. You never really think to hard about the rings but noe I only use the match sets and one piece mounts

I have owned these rings for a couple of years now and can definitively say they are top notch. I purchased these to mount my PST Viper to my rem 700 and they are rock solid. The fit and finish is as good as any I have ever seen. The peace of mind that comes with purchasing vortex based on the craftmanship of the products, not to mention unparalleled customer service is why they have become my go to for optics and I don't see that changing.

Used the 1.26” rings. 50mm objective fits perfect. The rings are stellar.

Spending more in rings is easy, but silly when these are an option. Theses will be my go to rings on everything but "clone" builds.

I purchased these rings to mount a Vortex Viper HST 6-24x50 onto my Remington 700 PCR 6.5 Creedmoor. I've always used leupold rings, and I wanted to try these ring. I wish I would of tried these before. They are heavy duty and I havnt had an issue with them coming loose. A friend of mine even got a set once he seen mine.

While comparing Vortex and other brand base on their quality ,their finish and appearance Vortex will by far surpass any others. The way they will fit to your scope and the feel of their finish for harsh elements states the difference between quality and others. I've slowly replaced any other brand for the Vortex ones after they broke or were not keeping the scope withing the marks. With the Vortex precision ring the scope position had remained the same. Care most be in place when torquing the upper assembly screws to specification to avoid damaging their internal screw lines. No lapping is required for installation or under any circumstances the use of loctite. So far they are always my go to on every scope, based on their lightweight and the peace of mind that if anything could go wrong will be cover by the Vortex VIP warranty.

These are the most solid rings I’ve ever used. Extremely tough, aesthetically pleasing, and no lapping required. These are a must have for precision shooter. They are spendy but Worth it.

These rings exude quality!! They are very nice and not too heavy! I have a Seekins Havak Pro Hunter Rifle and when I found out Seekins made the PMR rings for Vortex-- I was sold! You cannot go wrong with these rings! They are so precise and finely machined! Vortex and Seekins both recommend not using Loctite on the ring screw (I followed the recommendation. I will see if they loosen over time, but was told by both Vortex and Seekins it would not be an issue. I bought the .87" version for my AMG on the Havak Pro Hunter and they are perfect!

These rings are perfect for any build your doing except AR platforms. Never put scope rings on an ar it’s like putting whitewall street tires on a 4x4 truck. Anyways these rings are made and kept as a matching set through the production process giving the customer a perfect set of rings.

I bought a pair of the Vortex Precision Matched rings and mounted my scope in place on my Howa 1500. Shooting was great, rings held in place great. I later decided to get a muzzle brake for my rifle and made the mistake of leaving the scope and rings on when I handed the rifle over for the barrel to be threaded. I get the call a couple weeks later and go get my rifle only to find the shop had a) over torqued (58 in/lbs) my rings and b) mismatched the top halves - which were marked by marker on one side to avoid this very thing. So I checked the scope, no damage. The PM rings, despite being over torqued and Vortex being willing to exchange them, are fine. Excellent product!

When I bought my first set I was a little hesitant because of the sticker shock and thinking one set of rings is just as good as another. I quickly got over that when I recieved them and got my first Viper PST dropped in. Everything fit together perfectly and the finish was spot on. I've since put several hundred rounds through the rifle they're mounted on and absolutely nothing has moved, couldnt be happier with them. I actually just bought a second set to replace the existing rings on another rifle I was so impressed.

Amazing rings. Don't have to worry about your scope moving on you with these attached.

.87 height along with a Gen 2 PST 5-25 on top of a 20 MOA EGW has been the ticket for me on a Model 10 Savage in 6.5 CM. Quality is great, followed torque specs and have had almost 2 years with the results I was expecting! I think your rifle would break before these rings.

bought a set of these rings 2 years ago to pair with my 4x16x50 viper pst on top of my browning xbolt in 26 nosler. Amazing what an exceptional set of rings can do for accuracy!

I have a set of these attached to a Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25 and they've been solid. Torque them to the proper specs and they'll hold your scope firm and keep your rifle zeroed. You could spend more on rings, but I don't see why. These do the job very well.

I bought a set of Vortex Precision Matched Rings-30 mm for a rifle over a year ago. Originally I ordered a set of Seekins Precision rings but they sent me a set of Vortex Precision Matched Rings. I did a little research and I think they are one in the same. Anyway since then the Vortex Precision Matched Rings are the only rings that I will use on a precision rifle. They are strong, light weight, not at all bulky and they look good. They stay aligned and tight so you will never loose your zero.

These Precision Matched Rings from Vortex are designed for mounting riflescopes with a 30 mm main-tube to a Weaver or Picatinny mounting system. This pair of rings are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. Each set is serialized to ensure a perfect match and then they are vibratory-tumbled and bead-blasted for a smooth-as-a-baby's-bottom finish. Enhanced corrosion-resistance is provided by a military-type hard anodized finish.
