I have never written a review of a product in my life, I had to for these optics. Crystal clear, great field of view, very well made. These binoculars could easily compare to a $600 pair of Binoculars. Hope the durability expectations are met. However with Vortex VIP warranty, I have no concerns. I will be purchasing more Vortex products in the future.

My wife got me these for a pre Black Friday sale and all I can say is wow. I was looking at the leupold BX-4 HD (MSRP $719 and couldnt tell the difference when looking through both pairs. The clarity and brightness of the diamondbacks is amazing.

Dropped my binoculars and then had trouble unscrewing eye relief adjustment. Sent back to service and they did a fantastic and fast repair. No charge!! I then went and bought another pair because I am so impressed with the product and service.

I borrowed a pair of the Diamondback 10X42 binos from a buddy to take with me on a prairie dog hunt. I was blown away by the clarity and brightness of these optics especially in low light conditions. Once I returned from my trip I asked my buddy how much he had paid for them. I was shocked when he told me what he paid. I was expecting them to cost twice as much as what they do. I immediately went and bought myself a pair. I have used my set for all types of scouting and hunting with no issues at all. I would highly recommend these binoculars to anyone looking for a great value.

There really isn't much to say... These are just great, all-around binos. I use them for everything (hunting, plinking, hiking, etc). They are a permanent fixture in my truck. The glass is ultra clear and the magnification is more than enough 99% of the time. The adjustments are very smooth and easy to use. The carrying case, neck strap, and lens covers are all very high quality. I have been using these binos for 3 years now and not a single problem.

I bought the 10x42s a couple of years ago, and I never leave home without them! I use them for big game hunting as well as birding. They are very clear, I've used them in all types of weather conditions. Would not hesitate recommending them to a friend. Excellent product for the price!

I bought 2 pairs of these binoculars, one for my wife and one for myself. We have been so impressed with these binoculars. The optics are clear and they fit great in your hands allowing you to glass longer without fatigue. I find the 10x42 to be optimal for typical Wisconsin deer and turkey hunting. It's still amazes me how far out I can see with these! I have shown them to others and they were equally impressed.

I bought these 2 yrs ago for a set to quickly grab on the fly. The are clear and have a good f.o.f. with the warranty I am not worried about letting the kids use them

I received the diamondback 10x42 binocs as a christmas gift and they are hands down the clearest and best binoculars i have ever used. When they went on sale this winter at cabelas i made sure my neighbor got a pair for his moose hunts in Alaska. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pair without taking out a loan to get them. Great binoculars

I bought the Diamondbacks 2 years ago and let me tell you these are the best binos around. I have put them against friends $1000.00 binoculars and these were much clearer. I use them primarily for hunting and the I have never had an issue with fog or water. These are tough durable binoculars that will not let you down.

Bought these at Cabelas on Black Friday and am more than happy with the purchase. They are an excellent entry level set of binos. Glass is really clear and comes with a clamshell protective case. I am sold on vortex products especially with their warranty.

I’ve had my Diamondback 10x42’s for two years now. I’ve used them hunting whitetail from a tree stand in eastern North Carolina, as well as chasing Elk, Mule Deer, Javelina, and Bear in Arizona. They are very adaptable, light weight, clear, and let a ton of light in. I highly recommend them. Bonus: I dropped them off my tripod, the eye piece now sticks, I emailed customer service and they had me send them in to get fixed no questions asked. Quality product, stellar customer service, amazing price!

I've bought these binos over 5 years ago, and i'am still impressed by the clarity of the product! I've sent them in a few times, and i am excited to have the lifetime warranty. Just knowing that if anything were to happen to them i can send them right in to be repaired is great! they are also the perfect weight and size for long distance shed hunting or even short hikes ! i would recommend these binos to everyone!

I just recently purchased a pair of vortex diamond back classics before a once in a lifetime draw elk tag at the base of mt.st helens. The binoculars performed grate, better than the $350 nikon monarchs my father was using there were just so clear and reliable and the price of them was around half of the monarchs . I am completely sold i will stick with vortex glass for life. Awesome product

I received these as a gift this past Christmas. I am someone who had never had or used a good pair of Binosin the field, and these are a total game changer. It had taken my scouting for deer and turkey to a whole new level. I never realized how much i was missing until i got behind some good glass. I am extreamly happy with the performance and durability. I and extreamly excited to see the results of my up coming hunting seasons. I’ve owned these bino’s for 5 years. They’ve been dropped, bumped, banged, and abused. They are as crisp and clear as the day I bought them. I compared many models before deciding on the vortex diamondbacks.

In my opinion, Vortex is the best on the market when you compare cost and quality. My Diamondback binos were a fraction of the cost of other big brands, and don't sacrifice any of the quality. Their customer service is also incredible! One of the eye pieces came off during an intense cleaning (oops) and they fixed it no questions asked. The turn around was very quick, which I was grateful for considering archery season was just a few weeks away.

I bought these as my first decent pair of binoculars. I had always used cheap pocket binos or old beat up ones, I will never go back. The 10x is perfect for the woods I find myself in and they bring in a ton of light in the early and late hours. I find myself using my nockers a lot more.

I have had these bino's for a few years now, and they are great. for the cost of admission you are getting very clear glass, and a high quality product. These bino's punch way above their weight class in the respect. you wont be disappointed. the exterior shell is waterproof, and grips well in your hand. With the VIP warrenty, i can feel safe carting these around on my backcountry adventures. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality set of bino's!

My wife and I each have a set of these binos and we love them. Use them mainly for Idaho big game hunting. Big enough for a good viewing range, yet not too big or heavy. You can hike all day with a set of these strapped to a shoulder harness and not feel like they are in the way or that they become bulky or cumbersome. They work great in low light conditions also.

3 years into a pair of these, I work as a Forest Ranger in Alaska, and am currently on a 3 month fishing and birding trip in Belize. Mine have been dropped off ledges, onto rocks, into glacial rivers, dragged through jungles, and the optics still view like new. Plus lense clarity on these things is amazing, only a few ticks away from the razor series, but I can still count the feathers around an eagles eye, or the tines on a moose from across a valley. For the price you won't find a better pair on the market, and after 3 years it feels like a steal.
