I had purchased the wrong part. Vortex satisfied my mistake and replaced with the correct part. 100% satisfied!

Makes a big difference. No brainer. Easy to assembly, fun to use. . Makes using my already amazing viper, that much easier to use. I did not have to re-assemble. The lever slid right on, simple tightening of the single fastener and away ya go. Barely hand tight with the allen wrench does the trick.

I wrote a review stating that my throw lever broke. It was on the connection point of the ring. I clearly stated that it may have been my fault and that i threw the throw lever away and did not expect anything. Then one day i checked my email and there was a message saying they wanted to send me a new lever. So i sent them my address and within two days i had a new throw lever. They also sent me a hat. Outstanding. Not to mention they gave me a newer version of the throw lever. I honestly never expected it. This new lever feels very strong. It was easy to install and so far im loving it! A big shout out to vortex for helping me out on that one, even without me asking.

I have had this scope for 8 months maybe, in that time i have only gone out to shoot 2-3 times. I pulled my gun out the other day and heard a clang. I was confused and looked around till i saw the throw lever on the floor it had bent out at the connection point. I bent it back and put it back on the scope but the next time i picked the gun up it was the same problem. Im not sure if it was a problem with how i store my guns or if maybe it had a hairline crack under the paint before i bought it. I was very happy with it before it broke and im sure it was a freak thing that wouldnt ordinarily happen. Anyway i tried to bend it back again as i had the first time and the lip just snapped off.

A much needed and great product, but pretty overpriced. I constantly use the throw lever because I "scope" with my scope instead of with binoculars and it is very helpful. I never have to change optics and reacuire the target

I like to go up and down in Magnification without, leaving the scope. And as a lot of time the rings can be a bit tight so this makes jumping up and down in magnification a lot easier. Simple installation!

Just got mine in the mail, the gap where the Allen screw goes when tightened leaves quite a big gap. So me thinking it needed to be closed I tightened it too much and stripped the screw out and bent the bearing part. Totally my fault, I do wish the metal part that touches the scope magnification was rubber, I think it would give a much better grip against the scope and wouldn't scratch the finish. I think it's a good part, the rubber would make it an excellent part.
