Lightboxes have exploded in popularity in the last few years. They are a versatile tool used widely in the craft, art, photography, surveying, engineering, wood craft and painting markets to name a few. Their affordability, versatility, rugged construction, brightness and full even illumination make Porta-Trace a "must have".

Looks just like I thought it would. I wish it had a carrying handle to make it easier to pick up.  I really like that there are no edges sticking up so that tracing is easier.

Excellent light box, the LED light is bright and even. I'll use it to make contact sheets from b&w negs. Price is more than I wanted to spend, but you get what you pay for. Fast shipping, product arrived safely.

The lighting is very uneven. I put a piece of white paper on top of the lightbox to disperse the light.

I love how portable the Porta Trace really is. I can take it anywhere with me. It's nice and bright, as a light box should be. I've gotten much good use out of it.
