Though compact and affordable, VISATEC Solo delivers astonishing performance designed for the working professional. Short recycle times allow for quick flash sequences - ideal for fashion photographers. Flash voltage is stabilized to +/- 1%, guaranteeing precise reproduction of exposures. The short flash duration extends the lighting options and the built-in infrared-sensitive photocell can trigger multiple units simultaneously. With the patented bayonet mount, it's easy to attach and remove accessories.

The halogen modeling light can be operated in three modes: full output; proportional to flash energy; or dim. In dim mode, the modeling light is dimmed after the flash is triggered and during the re-cycle, allowing the photographer to check that all the flashes have fired (optical flash monitoring). To ensure long life of the halogen bulbs and the flash circuitry, a fan is built into the unit.
