Incredible light.
I can't say much that the video reviews haven't already, but here's the rundown: great CRI, no flicker, percent-accurate dimming with no color shift, low heat output and power draw, and a whole bunch of great accessories. I'm using it with a softbox in the picture to do one-light portraits for a musician, and I've used it for on-location music videos with great results. One of the best LEDs on the market.
