I like using my old fixtures

I have both the 1k and 2k version of this. The 1k dims erratically with a number of different dimmers. I had a scrim set and that is hoe I control it. The 2K is much better and actually dims. I am enjoying using both running off of 300w inverters and 12v Gel cell batteries or power packs like the River. Very marginal improvement with their fresnel lens vs Mole original lens. Daylight Temperature running 5150K at flood and 4850 at spot. You do have to remove the reflector for the unit to fit, so no easy swapping back and forth with Quartz lamp.
