Great little lens, with really solid build quality. Returned it only because it didn't match the quality of my 85mm 1.4G which was expected, but in the end not worth switching just for the Z mount.

Amazing

The lens came with the hood frozen in the inverse position making the lens totally unusable.  After a little research I learned Viltrox has a history of problems with lens hoods.  This is a design issue and a gross lack of attention to fundamental detail.

I can't trust products from a company that is so inept with a piece of plastic.

This lens on my Z6 is super sharp. Autofocus is fast and quick to find the face and eye(s). Love the colors in the raw file; warm, similar to Nikon. Definitely a good option for an inexpensive Z mount.
