The working distance with these accessory lenses on a 200 mm could scare away insects. For inanimate objects the +4 provided a sharp flat field at about 1:1 FF. Although the +10 gets even closer the curved field make the edges of the frame fuzzy. All the camera electronics still work with this set but moving the camera using manual focus is less trouble.

For $16 these lenses are well worth the money not only can you use them individually but you can stack them and do crazy macro shots that I couldn't do with my Nikon p900 until I got them

I am not quite able to buy a designated macro lens but these do the job well!! I love that the quality is great and that you can stack them for more magnification. So you can add a +2 to the +10. They are sufficient for my macro needs! I have a set for my other lenses and they work just as well.

Some from my camera club went to a botanical garden to photograph. I used my close up lenses and was very pleased with my results. I will tell my club about them.

I completely misunderstood what I was purchasing but still love what I got. I thought this would make my lens zoom further. No it turns it into a macro lens. So now I have the ability to use my 300 mm lens as a macro lens allowing me to stand further away from the subject. This will be great for summertime macro photography. I can't wait to use it.

Closeup lenses are just that, for close-ups. Having an assortment is great, you don't always get to pick the subject and the distance. Also. a nice pouch to hold all 4 lenses.

These lenses are a great way to get into close up photography without dropping a lot of money on a real macro lens.

I recieved my Vivitar closeup filter set which includes a case and I have tried them and the results are good. For the price they seem to be very good filters and of very good quality. They don't feel or look cheap. I'm happy with the price, the quality and Adorama's quick delievery and free shipping.

I have used it in a recent macro project of flowers and this product worked great. It was just what I needed to finish my project with good results.

The Vivitar 67mm Close Up Lens Set includes +1, +2, +4 and +10 close up lenses. The high quality optical magnifying lenses are diopters for close up photography, which shorten the close focusing distance of the lens. It allows the lens to go closer to the subject than before and to achieve a larger image scale. Lenses can be used individually or in combination for maximum effect.
